Jeff Rosenman is an experimental musician based in Los Angeles, California.

Under the name of Chance Ludere, he works primarily with a handmade instrument called the Pandemic Box, which blends percussion and electronic tones to produce textures ranging from rhythmic pulses to atmospheric layers. His work explores the boundaries between ambient, electronic, and industrial sound.

Much of the material is recorded live, embracing unpredictability and resulting in immersive, cinematic sound design.
